Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and deliver an excellent customer experience
• Build and maintain relationships within the local community
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and vendor partnerships
• Develop product knowledge to confidently guide customer decisions

Qualifications

• Motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Bilingual skills are a plus
