• At least 1 year of automotive sales experience (preferred)

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-driven attitude

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills

• A self-starter with a competitive mindset

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player

• Open to coaching, learning, and adapting

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must pass background check and drug screening
