Job Type: Full-Time

Overview

Everyday Coffee Company, a rapidly scaling Dunkin’ franchise partner, is building a national recruiting engine to support the opening of approximately 2,000 locations over the next five years. Our success depends on our ability to consistently hire, onboard, and retain high-quality field leadership and frontline talent at speed and at scale.

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead and scale our talent acquisition function. This role will oversee a growing recruiting team, including one full-time Recruiter, one to two full-time Sourcers, and contracted pre-screening support, while building the systems, processes, and operating rhythms required for sustained high-volume hiring.

  • Contracted pre-screening and recruiting support as needed
  • Establish clear role ownership, performance metrics, and career paths for recruiting team members
  • Set weekly and monthly recruiting goals; monitor productivity, quality, and throughput

High-Volume QSR Recruiting Execution

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting for Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and frontline roles
  • Ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant screening, interviewing, and selection processes
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of Restaurant Manager candidates in all active and future markets
  • Support surge hiring for new store openings and market launches

Systems, Tools & Process Optimization

  • Own and optimize recruiting systems and workflows (ATS, sourcing tools, automation, AI-enabled screening)
  • Design low-touch, high-throughput recruiting processes appropriate for hourly QSR hiring
  • Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and People Operations to ensure clean handoffs into onboarding and payroll
  • Continuously improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience metrics

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to:
  • Operations leadership (District Managers, Restaurant Managers)
  • People Growth Partner / HR
  • Finance and executive leadership
  • Train hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and hiring best practices
  • Set expectations and enforce accountability for hiring manager participation

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report key recruiting metrics, including:
  • Time-to-fill
  • Cost-per-hire
  • Pipeline health
  • Offer acceptance rates
  • Turnover trends tied to hiring quality
  • Use data to diagnose bottlenecks and recommend solutions

Compliance & Risk Management
