Overview
Everyday Coffee Company, a rapidly scaling Dunkin’ franchise partner, is building a national recruiting engine to support the opening of approximately 2,000 locations over the next five years. Our success depends on our ability to consistently hire, onboard, and retain high-quality field leadership and frontline talent at speed and at scale.
We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead and scale our talent acquisition function. This role will oversee a growing recruiting team, including one full-time Recruiter, one to two full-time Sourcers, and contracted pre-screening support, while building the systems, processes, and operating rhythms required for sustained high-volume hiring.
The ideal candidate brings deep Quick Service Restaurant recruiting experience, has led recruiting teams through rapid growth, and knows how to balance speed, quality, and operational discipline in a multi-location environment.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute a scalable recruiting strategy aligned to aggressive store opening and staffing timelines
- Forecast hiring needs across frontline, leadership, and support roles
- Partner with Operations and People leadership to align hiring plans with growth projections
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a recruiting team consisting of:
- 1 full-time Recruiter
- 1–2 full-time Sourcers
- Contracted pre-screening and recruiting support as needed
- Establish clear role ownership, performance metrics, and career paths for recruiting team members
- Set weekly and monthly recruiting goals; monitor productivity, quality, and throughput
High-Volume QSR Recruiting Execution
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting for Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and frontline roles
- Ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant screening, interviewing, and selection processes
- Maintain a strong pipeline of Restaurant Manager candidates in all active and future markets
- Support surge hiring for new store openings and market launches
Systems, Tools & Process Optimization
- Own and optimize recruiting systems and workflows (ATS, sourcing tools, automation, AI-enabled screening)
- Design low-touch, high-throughput recruiting processes appropriate for hourly QSR hiring
- Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and People Operations to ensure clean handoffs into onboarding and payroll
- Continuously improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience metrics
Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to:
- Operations leadership (District Managers, Restaurant Managers)
- People Growth Partner / HR
- Finance and executive leadership
- Train hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and hiring best practices
- Set expectations and enforce accountability for hiring manager participation
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report key recruiting metrics, including:
- Time-to-fill
- Cost-per-hire
- Pipeline health
- Offer acceptance rates
- Turnover trends tied to hiring quality
- Use data to diagnose bottlenecks and recommend solutions
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation
- Partner with HR and Legal on policy updates and hiring-related risk mitigation
Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with significant QSR, retail, or hospitality focus
- 3+ years of experience leading recruiting teams in a high-volume environment
- Proven success supporting multi-unit growth and rapid store openings
- Deep understanding of hourly and field leadership recruiting at scale
- Experience managing both internal recruiting staff and contract recruiting resources
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and high-volume recruiting workflows
- Demonstrated ability to build recruiting processes from the ground up
Preferred
- Experience supporting 1,000+ location organizations or an aggressive expansion track record
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting and automation tools
- Experience partnering closely with Operations leaders in QSR environments
- HR or talent acquisition leadership experience in growth-stage companies
