Assistant General Manager - High-Volume Quick Service Restaurant

About This Opportunity

We're adding an Assistant General Manager to our Randolph location, which extends service to 2:00am on weekends due to strong late-night sales. This role supports a fully-staffed team of 20+ and positions you for growth as we open three new stores over the next 18 months.

Strong performers can advance to General Manager within 6-12 months.

What Your Week Looks Like

• 45-50 hours with emphasis on evenings and weekends
• Leading a team of 20+ during high-volume shifts
• Four nights per week on the floor, including late-night weekend coverage
• Directing staff, managing cash operations, and ensuring guest experience
• Training on scheduling, inventory management, and P&L basics
• Making operational decisions without constant oversight

What We're Looking For

• Management experience in quick-service or fast-casual environments (Shift Lead, AM, or AGM)
• Ability to multitask effectively during peak periods
• Clear, direct communication when coaching staff
• Consistent reliability and punctuality
• Availability to cover shifts when needed
• Comfort addressing performance issues directly
• Experience in high-volume late-night service preferred

The Role

This position requires availability during peak business hours, with a focus on evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts (Friday/Saturday until 2:00am). You'll be accountable for sales performance, guest satisfaction, and maintaining team standards during extended hours.

Hours: 10:30am-1:00am Sunday-Thursday, 10:30am-2:00am Friday-Saturday
