Floor Technician Specialist - Client Success

Job Summary: Are you an expert in floor restoration looking for a role that rewards your technical skill and professional communication? Prime Cleaning Systems is seeking Floor Technicians to manage specialized flooring projects at our contracted luxury venues. This role combines hands-on technical work (Tile, Grout, VCT) with the opportunity to act as a face of the company to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Execution: Perform high-level restoration including Tile/Grout deep cleaning and sealing, and VCT stripping and waxing.
• Equipment Mastery: Operate and maintain advanced floor-cleaning machinery (scrubbers, buffers, etc.).
• Consultative Service: Identify flooring issues on-site and suggest additional treatment solutions to venue managers to improve floor longevity.
• Safety Excellence: Adhere to strict chemical safety and PPE protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years in specialized floor care or commercial restoration.
• Physical: Ability to lift 55 lbs, work on knees for extended periods, and handle a physically demanding schedule.
• Logistics: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (Required).
• Professionalism: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus. Strong communication skills are a must as you represent the brand on-site.
