What You’ll Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, and closing top technical talent
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients across the U.S. and Canada
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates quickly
Use ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outreach to attract top talent
Stay proactive, organized, and driven to meet and exceed goals

A self-starter with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Passion for recruiting, people, and problem-solving
Previous experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus — but drive and attitude matter most!
