Job Description
Garland Texas manufacturing company has an immediate opening for an accounting assistant with an emphasis on job costing/reporting. Some G/L and/or job costing experience is a plus, but if you have an aptitude for numbers and a desire to learn a skill that will stay with you for the rest of your life, we will train.
In addition, this person will be trained in our A/R, A/P & new job processing for purposes of expanding knowledge and acting as back up to these positions as needed.
This is a full time, Monday-Friday hourly position with benefits.
Basic computer skills a must. Typing by touch necessary. 10 key by touch desirable. Substantive experience using Microsoft Excel is beneficial to this position.
Range listed is starting range and will be commensurate with experience.
