Commercial Construction Safety Coordinator (OSHA 30 Required)

We’re looking for a Commercial Construction Safety Coordinator to support a long-term commercial construction project. This position is for someone who understands jobsite safety, works well with field crews, and is comfortable handling reports and permits. You’ll receive hands-on training before going full-time on site.

Pay:
$25–$35 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce safety standards on a commercial construction job site
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Perform daily safety walks and document findings
• Complete reports, logs, and pull permits as needed
• Work directly with field crews and management to address safety concerns
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture

Requirements:

• OSHA 30 certification (required)
• CPR & First Aid certification (can be completed in-house if not current)
• Somewhat computer savvy (reports, permits, documentation)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work 5–6 days per week

Additional Details:

• Safety Coordinator will train with (Venture’s Safety Manager) for 2–3 weeks before going full-time on site
• Long-term commercial construction project running through June or July 2027
• Potential temp-to-hire opportunity
