CRM Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Analyst to oversee data management and reporting processes in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate organizational records, generating insightful reports, and driving improvements through data analysis. This position requires a strong focus on metrics, fraud analytics, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Pull and prepare OnBoard reports, attendance logs, board review data, and action items for leadership.

Track board deliverables and deadlines within OnBoard, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.

Create executive-ready summaries and presentations based on data stored or distributed through OnBoard.

Experience with board governance software such as OnBoard or similar platforms.

Strong document management and version control skills.

Ability to produce board-ready reports, summaries, and presentations.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on accuracy.

Prior experience supporting executives or board leadership preferred.
