Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water softening systems. This role requires technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Achieves customer satisfaction through a unified commitment to job competency and unsurpassed service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and identify potential problems to maintain equipment reliability.
• Effectively diagnose and repair all types of commercial water treatment equipment.
• Troubleshoot water softeners to identify mechanical, electrical, or system-related issues.
• Install water softeners according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Service, repair, and maintain water softeners to ensure proper operation and water quality.
• Troubleshoot, install, and service reverse osmosis systems.
• Troubleshoot, install, and service water filtration systems and related equipment.
• Conduct water analysis and bacteria testing.
• Inspect and install water treatment systems.
• Work with equipment vendors to properly identify necessary parts for system repairs.
• Communicate problems to customers and provide them with the appropriate solutions.
• Timely submission of daily paperwork and service reports.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

• High School or equivalent required. A vocational or associate degree in mechanical systems or a similar field is a plus.
• Eager learner and a good positive attitude. We will train for excellence on the job.
• Mechanically talented with good problem-solving skills a must.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record to drive a company-issued vehicle.
• Should be flexible in your schedule and be able to work as part of a team.
• Able to pass a pre-employment substance screening and background check.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Willingness and desire to provide our clients with a superior customer service experience.

Physical Demands:

• Work is mostly performed in an outdoor setting with some tasks in an office environment.
• Hand-eye Coordination is necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently required to stand and talk or hear, walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and smell.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work heights.
• Occasionally lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  

Work Environment:

• Normally works in outside weather conditions, near moving mechanical parts, and in high, precarious places.
• Exposure to wet and humid conditions, airborne particles and confined spaces.
