Position Overview

At , we are committed to delivering exceptional property management services with a focus on operational excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. We manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties and are looking for a Property Management Intern to join our team this summer.

This internship is designed to provide experience in the key areas of property management by supporting the Insite Leadership Team and onsite property teams in various administrative and operational tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into operational and strategic aspects of managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.

Responsibilities

  • Assist onsite property teams with daily operations, including property tours, communication with prospects and residents, lease administration, renewals, and property inspections
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, audits, meeting preparation, and organizing files and records
  • Assist with communication efforts by drafting emails, procedures, and other documentation
  • Contribute to planning and executing community and company events, providing marketing, logistics, and onsite support
  • Compile, prepare, and distribute reports and analytics to support decision-making processes
  • Support marketing initiatives, including social media management and content creation
  • Assist in implementing operational strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing resident satisfaction and improving overall performance
  • Collaborate with the Insite Leadership Team to assist with the rollout of new systems and processes
  • Conduct audits of property operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in real estate, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, organized, motivated, professional
  • Able to achieve high-quality results under tight deadlines and changing work priorities

Pay Range

  • $22.00 per hour
