Tutor - SAT/ACT Math Section Specialist. US based.

a national nonprofit consortium of over 12,000 locally owned and operated Tutoring & College Advising Programs, is seeking experienced SAT/ACT math section specialists to work with US students in grades 9-12. Tutors will work closely with students to understand their unique learning styles and create customized lesson plans that support their individual academic goals.

The ideal candidate is a licensed teacher who is passionate about education, exhibits strong communication skills, and has instructed or tutored both the SAT and ACT math sections in a paid capacity for 3+ years.

Location: Online

Session Duration: 60-90 minutes

The Position:

• Provide SAT and ACT Math section tutoring to students in grades 9-12
• Tutoring assignments are 60-90 minutes
• Tutoring assignments will be regular and reliable
• Tutoring sessions are generally scheduled between 3PM and 9PM ET during the week and between 10am - 4pm during weekend days

Requirements

• 3-12 hours per week of availability
• Earned Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrable experience and test expertise

• Familiarity with online lesson delivery
• TPAPT SAT/ACT math certification preferred
