• Wash, dry, vacuum, and detail customer and dealership vehicles according to service standards

• Perform interior cleaning including dashboards, windows, carpets, and upholstery

• Conduct exterior cleaning including hand washes, wheel cleaning, and tire dressing

• Safely move vehicles between service bays, wash areas, parking lots, and delivery areas

• Ensure vehicles are ready for customer pickup in a timely manner

• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or concerns to service advisors or management

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of wash bays, vacuum areas, and service drive

• Refill supplies and notify management when inventory is low

• Follow dealership safety procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals

• Assist technicians and service advisors with vehicle transport as needed

• Park vehicles in designated areas and maintain orderly lot appearance

• Remove trash and personal items from vehicles with care and professionalism

• Adhere to time management expectations to support service department efficiency

• Provide courteous and respectful treatment of customer vehicles at all times

• Perform light janitorial duties related to the service area as assigned

• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
