This hands-on role prepares machines for production, performs post-processing and inspections, and helps maintain consistent throughput and quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate additive manufacturing equipment (SLA/DLP, SLS/MJF, FDM)
- Prepare machines for production, including startups, calibrations, and material changes
- Read and interpret prints, specifications, and 3D files
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
- Track production activity using ERP system
- Perform post-processing and finishing of printed parts and support routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and production teams to meet schedules
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Engineering, Model Making, or related field preferred
- 1+ year additive manufacturing experience preferred; ENTRY-LEVEL CANDIDATES WELCOME
- Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, basic print reading, familiarity with 3D printing processes and tools
