Position: Quality Assurance Specialist (ABA / CentralReach)
Location: Remote
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our ABA clinical documentation, programming, and data systems meet high clinical standards and remain audit-ready. This role requires strong CentralReach proficiency and a strong understanding of ABA concepts, goals, and clinical documentation expectations.
Qualifications:
Experience in ABA; BCBA/BCaBA preferred (or high-quality Case Manager with strong clinical documentation experience)
Strong proficiency in CentralReach (auditing, Learning Tree/program build review, note/data review)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication skills; able to provide clear, actionable feedback to clinical team members
Strong organizational skills; able to manage deadlines and track corrective actions
Responsibilities:
Oversee quality assurance processes for ABA services and documentation
Review and audit clinical records, assessments, data integrity, and session notes in CentralReach
Use QA checklists/rubrics to evaluate documentation quality, compliance, and clinical alignment
Track audit findings, assign corrective actions, and ensure timely follow-through and resolution
Identify patterns/trends and recommend system improvements to reduce recurring errors
Collaborate with BCBAs/clinical leadership to strengthen documentation practices, medical necessity alignment, and outcomes
Support audit readiness and compliance with internal policies and applicable ethical/clinical standards
Assist in improving CentralReach builds (Learning Tree organization, goal criteria, operational definitions, mastery/generalization criteria, prompt documentation)
