Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Send out light‑duty letters and required claim correspondence.
- Enter new claims into the claims system with complete and accurate data.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to adjusters and client service teams.
- Maintain claim documentation, filing, and electronic record organization.
- Answer and route incoming calls; return provider or stakeholder calls as appropriate.
- Manage task queues, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain accurate diary entries.
- Summarize and upload documentation, correspondence, and medical records as directed.
- Assist with claim file setup and initial processing steps for new losses.
- Support the team in meeting client service standards and requirements.
Qualifications:
What You'll Bring...
Required
- Associate Degree or two (2) years of related business experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Reliability and consistent attendance within client service hours
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in insurance, workers’ compensation, claims, or administrative support
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Customer service or call-handling experience
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation & Compliance
The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
