Full-time Custodial Worker

Intermediate District 287 is looking for a full-time Custodial Worker in Brooklyn Park, MN!

Custodial Workers are responsible for performing custodial tasks involving building and equipment maintenance (operational and remedial) as well as cleaning and providing general maintenance of District buildings.

Position Details:

• Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Location: North Education Center in Brooklyn Park 

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary is based on SEIU Local 284 Salary Schedule Grade I: $21.49 - $22.76 per hour

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with a demonstrated ability to assume responsibility for a clean and orderly building in compliance with standards and regulations. 
• Physical Requirement: Employees appointed to positions in this class must have adequate physical strength, stamina, physical agility and visual and auditory acuity and must maintain such physical fitness as to be able to perform the duties of the class.
