A full-service medical group with multiple locations in Los Angeles County is seeking an Clinical Operations Director.

The Clinical Operations Director is a senior leader responsible for overseeing clinical and operational functions of the medical group. This role partners with the Medical Director to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations, while implementing policies that support productivity, financial performance, and organizational growth aligned with the mission and goals.

This position requires schedule flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekends, and may involve working more than 40 hours per week.

Pay Rate: $150,000/yr-$190,000/yr
Shift: M-F - 8AM–5PM
City: Alhambra, CA

Clinical Operations Director Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience
• 5+ years managing HR and recruitment functions. Healthcare only
• Minimum of 2 years Director level experience (Current experience preferred)
• Must have experience/capability to oversee high volume clinic sites - A minimum of 10 clinic sites, 250 employees, and 50 providers
• Primary Care or Multi-Specialty experience
• FQHC non profit experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Ability to travel between facilities, with up to 15% travel within Los Angeles County
• Valid California driver’s license and proof of insurance
