Position Overview
The company is seeking a motivated and dependable Superintendent to manage ground-up commercial construction projects in the Phoenix area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who is early to mid-career and interested in growing with a developing construction team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
- Manage schedules and support timely project completion
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
- Communicate effectively with project management and leadership
- Maintain quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
- Represent the company professionally in the field
Qualifications
- Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects
- Local Phoenix-area experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a growing market
