We’re a rapidly growing Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a Bilingual Intake Call Center Representative to join our high-performing team in Newport Beach. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, is detail-oriented, and enjoys helping people navigate difficult moments with empathy and professionalism.

This position is full time, on-site with a flex schedule, requiring occasional weekend shifts.

Current Shift Options:

  • 10:00AM - 7:00PM
  • 12:00PM - 9:00PM
  • 1:00PM - 10:00PM

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries
  • Conduct initial consultations to assess case eligibility based on firm criteria
  • Accurately collect and document sensitive client information in our case management system
  • Provide clear, compassionate communication and address questions about our services
  • Support marketing efforts through follow-ups and lead tracking
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus

  • Experience in a high-volume call center or customer-facing role (sales, hospitality, or legal intake preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a standard office setting with regular use of computers and phones
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods, occasionally stand, walk, bend, or lift up to 25 lbs
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and input data efficiently

  • This position is sales-driven and performance-based. It offers a base salary ranging from $23 to $28 per hour, with the potential to earn additional income through bonuses.
