Schedule
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
(Flexible start/end times possible; overtime as required)
What You’ll Do
• Operate manufacturing equipment, including turret and bending machines
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and fixtures
• Monitor production and adjust machine settings to maintain quality
• Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues
• Rotate and support different areas of the shop as needed
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed
? What We’re Looking For
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred — but entry-level candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply (training provided!)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to quality and safety
• Ability to work in multiple shop areas
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
Physical Requirements
• Continuous standing and movement throughout shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in hot and cold shop conditions
