Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of equipment, including:

• Tractors & Skid Loaders
• Farm Implements
• Lawn & Garden Equipment

Technical Skillset

We are looking for a tech who is comfortable with:

• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identifying issues quickly and accurately.
• Major Overhauls: Engine and transmission rebuilds.
• System Repairs: Clutches, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
• Full Service: Routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a mechanic/technician.
• Licensing: Valid in-state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Operations: Ability to operate heavy machinery for diagnostic and testing purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Ag or Diesel repair industry.
• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools.
• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is a major plus.
