🕒 Weekends required (2 additional weekdays may be available)
💰 $20–$24/hr + tips (based on experience)

The Role
This is the face of the shop. As our Guest Experience Lead, you’re responsible for making sure every guest feels taken care of — from ordering to pickup. You’ll run the POS, manage in-store and online orders, keep things organized during the rush, and support the sandwich team so service runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and take orders with confidence and warmth
• Run the POS accurately and efficiently
• Track in-store and online orders to ensure the right guests get the right food
• Help pace the line and keep service flowing during busy hours
• Suggest items and upsells to enhance the guest experience
• Support the sandwich team with communication and light side work
• Help with light closing tasks after service

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking clearly with guests (English required)
• Calm, organized, and friendly under pressure
• Team-first attitude — you help wherever needed
• Food service or café experience preferred, not required

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Retail skills: addressing customer complaints
• Management skills: resolving customer complaints
• Math skills: counting cash drawer
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: weekends
• 0-1 year of total work experience

Preferred qualifications:

• 17 years or older
• Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• Restaurant front of house skills: front counter
• Restaurant front of house skills: running food
• Restaurant front of house skills: hosting
• Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fast casual
• Restaurant front of house skills: point of sale (POS) operation
• Restaurant front of house skills: catering service
• Retail skills: customer service

• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
• Able to work in an environment with high temperatures
• Able to comfortably lift 20 lbs
