SUMMARY: Prepare, supervise, and dismiss exam rooms, ensuring all rules are followed.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following tasks describe the basic functions of the job and represent the type of work performed. They do not constitute an exhaustive list of the duties and responsibilities performed on the job. The following frequencies and percentage of time spent are approximations only.

• Supervise the exam room to ensure that everyone follows the rules. [Daily, 80%]
• Prepare the examination room and test materials before examinees arrive. [Daily, 5%]
• Ensure that all the examinees stop writing or exit the test if it is computerized. Collect the tests, dismiss the examinees, and organize the test papers. [Daily, 5%]
• Complete administrative forms for the supervised test. [Daily, 5%]
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. [Daily, 5%]

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:

All certifications, licenses, and registrations must be valid and unexpired.
