Cashier - Part-time

This position requires working a flexible schedule, with potential to work varying morning and afternoon shifts throughout the week. Up to 20 Hours per week. Your schedule could fall anywhere between 12pm - 8:30pm, Monday - Friday and every Saturday. We do not work Sundays!

Big Deal Outlet is a rapidly growing retail establishment with locations in Utah and Idaho. We focus on liquidating products that cannot be sold through regular retail channels. This includes, scratch and dent, overstock, customer returns, and salvage consumer products. Job Description
The Cashier is responsible for receiving payments and issuing receipts, as well as keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. To be successful in this role, previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate is preferred.

What You Will Do:

• Receive payments from customers and issue receipts
• Track and balance all cash and credit transactions within the respective cash register
• Interact with customers to understand needs or answer any questions
• Count money
• Operate cash register
• Use computer to work
• Answer customer questions
