Russell Creek Pet Clinic & Hospital is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and hard-working Kennel Assistant to join our team! We're seeking someone who loves animals and treats every pet like their own and who works well in a fast-paced environment. Experience is a plus but not required- we're happy to train the right person!

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment through janitorial and housekeeping duties, communicating with pet parents about their boarding pets, and ensuring accurate and thorough medical documentation. This position is ideal for those who are self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a Full-Time position with availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating weekends (usually 1-2 weekends per month).

Minimum Qualifications and Skillset:

• Comfortable handling and working around dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively
• Organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean space
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established protocols
• Previous animal care or kennel experience preferred but not required
