You'll be a

• Skill-Building Coach: Help individuals learn job skills and develop coping strategies for daily challenges.

To be eligible, you must also:

• Have some prior experience working with people with disabilities and providing behavioral support.
• Possess a reliable vehicle that seats up to 3 additional people and maintain a DMV record with no more than 3 points in the last 4 years.
• Hold a valid Driver's License with proof of car insurance and vehicle registration.
• Be CPR/AED/First Aid Certified.
• Pass a background check.
