Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide specialized speech-language pathology services within a dynamic K-12 school setting located in Racine, WI. This contract role runs from January 1st, 2026, through June 2026, focusing on supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school grades with caseload sizes ranging from 45 to 55 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students grades K-12.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall educational success of students.
Qualifications:
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required.
- Experience working with students across multiple grade levels, preferably K-12.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45-55 students efficiently.
Location: Racine, WI
Schedule: 30 hours per week, 5 days a week
