\n Unit Details:
\n 77-bed Medical Unit
\n Nurse-to-patient ratio:
\n Days/Evenings: 1:6
\n Nights: 1:8
\n Requirements:
\n Active Hawaii RN License by assignment start (Apply upon offer if not currently licensed)
\n 3+ years of recent Med-Surg acute care experience
\n Current BLS (AHA)
\n ACLS required
\n Strong acute care assessment and prioritization skills
\n Responsibilities:
\n Provide comprehensive care for adult medical patients
\n Medication administration and patient assessments
\n Wound care and chest tube management
\n Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care
\n Patient education and discharge planning
