About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist for home ventilation & complex respiratory care to provide patients in home support. This role is heavily focused on home ventilator management, with minimal BiPAP and no CPAP volume. The Therapist will manage initial hospital or office based set ups, followed by ongoing in house follow-ups and compliance visits. This is a highly autonomous field role requiring strong clinical judgment, comfort with travel and excellent patient and caregiver communication.
Territory & Travel
Primary territory based in Sherman, TX. Coverage area includes North Texas and Southern Oklahoma within a 150-mile radius. Company gas card provided.
Responsibilities
- Set up and educate patients/caregivers on home ventilators.
- Conduct hospital, office and in-home visits.
- Perform routine follow-ups, compliance checks and quarterly venilator visits.
- Collaborate with healthcare team and respond to urgent patient needs.
- On-call rotation required.
- Weekend coverage tied to on-call rotation.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) License required, experienced (CRTs) considered
- Licensed in Texas and eligible for Oklahoma
- 1+ year respiratory experience
- Home ventilator experience preferred
- DME or home care experience strongly preferred
- Valid drivers license and reliable transporation

Schedule
- This position is full-time, 40 hours per week
- Hourly position with OT available, flexibility is based on patient needs
- PRN may be considered as-needed, 1-2 days per week up to 8 hours per day
- PRN roles are not eligible for benefits
