Part Time | Compassionate, Values Driven ABA Practice

Autism Behavioral Center (ABC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join Team ABC. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about high quality, ethical ABA and who value collaboration, mentorship, and meaningful clinical work.

Autism Behavioral Center's mission is to improve independence and social awareness for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder while supporting and empowering their families. We offer individualized, evidence based services including one to one in home ABA therapy, center based services, social skills groups, and community programming. Job Summary

The BCBA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a manageable caseload of approximately 8 to 10 clients, conducting intake assessments, developing and supervising individualized treatment plans, and mentoring Behavior Technicians in both home and clinic settings. This role offers ongoing clinical mentorship and collaboration with our Clinical Director and leadership team, making it ideal for BCBAs who value continued growth and support throughout their career.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments for newly referred potential clients
  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and ABA Coordinators
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing assessment
  • Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements
  • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers using compassionate, assent based ABA practices
  • Maintain consistent communication with families via direct supervision, email, and phone
  • Review documentation and provide feedback to ensure clinical quality and compliance
  • Actively contribute to a positive, supportive work environment that values collaboration and professional growth
Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • LABA or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA services
  • Experience working closely with parents and families
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and assent based ABA practices
