About the Role

In-Home Occupational Therapists Needed – NH Seacoast Area

Waypoint’s Early Supports and Services (ESS) program provides early intervention services to young children (birth to age three) with developmental delays and/or disabilities and their families. Services are delivered in the comfort of family homes throughout the Seacoast area.

This position offers exceptional flexibility, a manageable caseload, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and caregivers. Full-time preferred; part-time will be considered for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct developmental evaluations for infants and toddlers

  • Provide in-home occupational therapy services

  • Partner with families to set and achieve meaningful goals

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

  • Complete documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for Waypoint’s mission and working with vulnerable families

  • Valid New Hampshire Occupational Therapy license

  • Experience working with children birth to three (preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

  • Compassionate, team-oriented approach

  • Ability to work independently in community settings

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (minimum $50,000/$100,000 liability)

  • Successful completion of criminal background and motor vehicle checks
