KēSTA I.T is actively seeking a Programmer Analyst/Full Stack Developer for an immediate contract engagement with our government client.

Job Description:

We Are Seeking a Contract Programmer Analyst/Full Stack Developer to support the modernization of legacy applications by rebuilding them with current, supported technologies. This role focuses on improving application stability, security, and long-term maintainability while ensuring continued support for critical business functions and data management systems.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

·         Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, testers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.

·         Modernize legacy systems by rewriting applications using current technology stacks.

·         Follow clean coding practices, sound architecture patterns, and established development standards.

·         Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and DevOps deployment processes.

·         Support database development, integrations, and performance optimization.

·         Ensure applications meet operational, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

·         5+ years of full stack application development experience.

·         3+ years of strong hands-on experience with React for front-end development.

·         5+ years of experience with .NET C# including API development and server-side logic.

·         5+ years of SQL Server experience including database development and querying.

·         Experience modernizing or migrating legacy applications (preferred).

·         Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

·         Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
