Team Leader

Team Leader job position where the major responsibility is to oversee and operate different workstations. Team Leaders must also be a role model and impart an attitude that can help motivate and empower other employees. Team Leaders must also demonstrate a strong understanding and consciousness when it comes to food quality and safety. Team Leaders are also delegated the task of implementing the cleanliness at the restaurant and must lead all Team Members to follow suit and perform their delegated tasks in line with the company’s standard operating procedures.
