Tree Climber

Compensation:

$25 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Execute advanced tree climbing and pruning techniques with a strong focus on safety and quality
• Work closely with crew leaders and ground teams to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain climbing gear, tools, and assigned equipment in proper working condition
• Complete required job documentation and service records
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in modern climbing systems and pruning techniques
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support available
• Desire to continue developing skills and advance within the company
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors year-round and perform physical labor
