Harvest/Sanitation Crew Member - COME GROW WITH US!

LiveHappy, LLC is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Post-Harvest Sanitation Technician to ensure all flower bays and cultivation areas are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized following each harvest cycle. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and biosecurity, supporting a contaminant-free environment to maximize plant health and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complete cleaning and sterilization of flower bays using a systematic, step-by-step procedure.
• Sweep, foam, and hose down all applicable surfaces, including but not limited to:
• Walls and floors o JSK equipment o Gutter systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the designated cleaning room:
• Operate and maintain automated bench-washing equipment o Manage and remove excess standing water
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly
• Adhere to facility sanitation protocols and prevent cross-contamination between crop cycles.
• Conduct general sanitation tasks throughout the harvest and cultivation areas.
• Inspect all areas post-cleaning to verify readiness for reloading and cultivation.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or sanitation concerns to the supervisor.
• Prior experience in sanitation, janitorial work, or agricultural settings is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow strict cleaning protocols with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in wet, humid, and physically demanding environments.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand, bend, or reach for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to wear all required PPE and follow internal safety and compliance procedures.
• Primary work areas include flower bays, post-harvest zones, and sanitation rooms.
• Regular exposure to cleaning chemicals, foaming agents, and moisture (PPE will be provided).
• Fast-paced environment with a focus on cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Must be fully authorized to work in the United States
• All candidates are subject to background checks and LiveScan fingerprinting as required by state and local cannabis regulations
