Ford of Boerne, part of the family-owned El Toro Auto Group, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Reconditioning Technician to join our expanding used vehicle reconditioning operation. This role is focused on preparing pre-owned vehicles for retail by performing inspections, maintenance, and light to moderate repairs on a variety of makes and models.

• Inspect and diagnose pre-owned vehicles during the reconditioning process

• Perform maintenance and light to moderate repairs on ALL makes and models

• Complete reconditioning work efficiently to meet production timelines

• Communicate repair needs and labor estimates to reconditioning management

• Accurately document work performed and parts used

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow dealership standards, safety procedures, and quality expectations

• Automotive technician experience required (5+ years preferred)

• Ability to work on multiple vehicle makes and models

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
