MACHINE OPERATOR

FOAM POURING OPERATOR

Monday - Friday

4:00 pm - until job is completed

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Set up and operate the foam pouring line
Mixing chemicals to create foam
Pump and transfer chemicals
Operate gauge board, cut-off saw, and vacuum booth
Unload materials from railroad cars
Perform general cleanup as needed
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Complete tasks assigned by supervisor or lead
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Identify and report product or process issues
Recommend or implement corrective actions through appropriate channels
Ensure issues are resolved before continuing production
Communicate quality concerns to management for resolution and verification

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to operate gauge board, cut-off saw, and vacuum booth
