Tree Climber

Compensation:

$24 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality at all times
• Complete required paperwork and digital job records accurately
• Maintain climbing gear, tools, and assigned equipment in proper working condition
• Execute advanced tree climbing and pruning techniques with a strong focus on safety and quality
• Promote a positive, professional, and safety-first culture on every jobsite

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support available
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and craftsmanship
• Interest in continued skill development and long-term growth
• Strong knowledge of climbing techniques, safety standards, and arboricultural best practices
