  • Thinking through the early employee experience (first 30/60/90 days) and how we reinforce our EVP once someone actually starts, not just during recruiting.
  • Supporting some internal culture storytelling: employee spotlights, behind-the-scenes moments, or content that brings our employer brand to life internally too.
  • Helping gather and summarize feedback from recent hires so we can spot themes and opportunities to improve onboarding and engagement.
  • Partnering with HR and Store Managers to help map out retail learning paths: understanding what’s most important for different roles in their first 30/60/90 days and helping document or organize that in a more consistent way.
  • Assisting with HR process workflows (like ADP job changes, terminations, benefits changes, etc.) not owning the work, but helping document steps, identify gaps, and think through how we make those processes clearer and more efficient for managers.

  • Tools: Social media platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools.
