Purpose
At CENTEGIX, every second matters. The VP, Regional Sales plays a critical role in bringing our life-saving safety solutions to some of the largest and most influential school districts across Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. This role strengthens community safety, expands our mission, and drives meaningful impact by empowering district leaders to protect their students and staff. The VP, Regional Sales builds trusted relationships, shapes strategic growth, and ensures our technology reaches the communities where it can make the greatest difference.
Responsibilities
- Drive measurable year-over-year revenue growth within TN, KY, NC, SC, GA and AL by securing net new business, proactively prospecting into priority districts, acquiring new strategic accounts, and expanding and retaining existing K-12 partnerships
- Engage and influence senior district decision makers, including leaders in large and complex districts across the region
- Build a strong, qualified pipeline by developing intentional outreach strategies and activating key referral partners
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles, guiding multi-stakeholder groups through evaluation, alignment, and adoption of the CENTEGIX Safety Platform
- Represent CENTEGIX as a trusted advisor at regional and state conferences, industry events, district meetings, and partner engagements
- Strengthen partnerships by establishing, developing, and supporting referral networks that expand reach and awareness
- Maintain accurate, timely CRM data to support forecasting, territory insights, and operational excellence
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for districts of all sizes
- Develop deep expertise in the CENTEGIX Safety Platform and stay aware of regional safety needs, funding mechanisms, and legislative trends that influence decision making
Requirements
- Experience leading complex, consultative sales cycles with public-sector or K-12 organizations
- Demonstrated success driving new business growth and expanding strategic accounts
- Ability to influence senior leaders, guide multi-layered decision processes, and build long-term trust
- Proficiency with CRM, (Salesforce) and modern sales technology tools
- Strong familiarity with sales performance metrics, forecasting, and data-driven insights
- Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations, communicate with clarity, tell a strong story, and uncover district needs through active listening
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, fast-growing, mission-driven environment
- Willingness to travel throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama
