We are looking for a high-level Sales Leader with direct solar industry experience to build, manage, and expand our solar sales team. This individual must have a proven track record in solar sales leadership and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and lead a team of solar sales representatives
  

• Develop and execute solar-specific sales strategies
  

• Manage sales pipelines and closing ratios
  

• Oversee training and onboarding for new solar reps
  

• Ensure compliance with solar regulations and financing programs
  

• Drive revenue growth and territory expansion
  

Qualifications

• Required: Solar sales experience (3+ years)
  

• Required: Team management experience (2+ years leading solar reps)
  

• Proven track record of exceeding solar sales quotas
  

• Strong knowledge of solar financing, dealer networks, and permitting processes
  

• Door-to-door solar experience highly preferred
  

Preferred

• Experience building a solar team from the ground up
  

• Established network within the solar industry
