Now Hiring: Experience Janitor Technician/Cleaner
Monday - Friday 7:00AM-5PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Weekends as needed
Pay: $24 per hour

Lead is looking for a Commercial Cleaning Laborer who can communicate effectively in English( Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred) to help maintain av clean, safe, and organized commercial construction jobsite.
What You’ll Do:
- General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish surfaces, clean windows and restrooms, and empty trash bins.
- Special Tasks: Deep cleaning, moving furniture/equipment, and maintaining cleaning tools.
- Maintenance: Keep carts stocked, store supplies properly, and report repair needs.
- Safety First: Follow all site safety rules and use PPE appropriately.
- Team Support: Assist with other duties and keep the worksite neat and orderly.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ English speaking- Bilingual (English and [Spanish) preferred
✅ 1+ years of commercial Janitorial Experience
✅ Strong attention to detail and reliability
✅ Able to lift/move heavy items and work on your feet, bend and stand for long periods of time
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Must be legally eligible to work and able to follow directions in English
