Sales - Men Suits and Apparel High End

Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, confident, and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our high-end men’s suit and apparel boutique. This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury retail, values exceptional customer service, and excels at building long-term client relationships. The Sales Consultant will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a personalized, elevated shopping experience to every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional, consultative sales experience tailored to each client’s style, lifestyle, and occasion
• Build complete wardrobes including suits, sport coats, dress shirts, footwear, and accessories
• Accurately measure clients for suits and alterations, ensuring proper fit and presentation
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, styling recommendations, and clienteling
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while maintaining luxury service standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom and fitting areas
• Stay knowledgeable about fabrics, tailoring, current fashion trends, and brand offerings
• Process transactions, special orders, and alterations with attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and refined store experience

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3+ years of sales experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor
• Passion for men’s fashion, tailoring, and styling
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with discerning clientele
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to close sales
