Administrative & Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do

· Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth

· Assist customers with orders, questions, and basic problem-solving

· Perform general administrative tasks

· Maintain organized records and customer information

· Support the owner and team with daily office needs

· Help keep the office running smoothly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

· Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software

· Ability to multitask and work independently

· Friendly attitude and willingness to learn

· Previous admin or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
