Job Description
We are seeking experienced Boat Assemblers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assembling boat components, using power tools, and working in a production or manufacturing environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow blueprints and specifications, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble boat components, including hulls, decks, consoles, seating, wiring, and hardware, according to specifications
Install mechanical, electrical, and structural components as required
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous boat assembly or marine manufacturing experience required
Experience with fiberglass, rigging, wiring, or mechanical installation preferred
Ability to read measuring tools and follow detailed instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment when applicable
