Mixer - Full-time

Join us at our Cary, NC, plant as a night shift Mixer Operator in one of our state-of-the-art baking/production facilities! You will collaborate with many people to produce our high-quality products. This is an overnight role, and the schedule is 6PM - 6AM working on a 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend off. The hourly rate is $23.41.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

• Production Line Support- Stocking and adding all batch ingredients and ensuring that all formulas are correct and ingredient usage by recipe is accurate while maintaining all required paperwork.
• Technical and Manual Machine Operating - Starting up batter mix systems during your shift start-up and after clean - up. You will also be monitoring all mixing area equipment to visually inspect batches for quality in our products.
• Following Best Practices- Performing product safety checks and reporting any negative findings immediately to your supervisor or line lead. In addition, you will be conducting sanitation checks and general cleanup of the work area before and after the shift.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50-pound containers and other items consistently, maneuver 640-pound drums & perform other duties as assigned.
• Operator's license for electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to push / pull dough troughs weighing approximately 2300 pounds.
• Ability to operate various Dough Mixing Equipment.
• Willingness and ability to work on weekends, holidays, and variable shifts with or without accommodation in a dusty environment.
