2nd Shift Quality Inspector - Now Hiring

Description:

Inspect processed, machined, fabricated, or assembled parts or products for defects, wear and deviations from specifications. The Quality Control Inspector will use precision measuring instruments and complex test equipment for these activities. CMM/ or FARO experienced preferred. 

Requirements: Analyze and interpret blueprints, data specifications and other materials to determine inspection and testing procedures,    tolerancing, formulas, and measuring instruments required.Ensure integrity of the Quality Management System is maintained at all times related to quality assurance processes.Use gauges, measuring equipment and other detection methods to ensure product conformance.Operate and interpret data from FARO laser Tracker/ Arm to verify product conformance to specifications and/ or assist production with product layouts and machine verification when required.Ensures customer requirements are met and use Custom Engineering procedures to ID products/ material that do not meet specifications. Notify supervisors and other personnel of production problems, and assist in identifying and correcting these problems.$20.00- $25.00 hourly DOE
