JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibility will be to re-organize the factory maintenance crib to

ensure critical spares are maintained at sufficient stock levels.

This position ensures tools, equipment, and supplies are properly issued, tracked,

maintained, and stored to promote safety, efficiency, and accountability across the

plant.

Organize and improve the overall maintenance crib area.

Develop Replenishment Quantities for critical spare parts.

Develop Check-in/Check-out Process of the spare parts to ensure accurate inventory

of the crib.

Develop PO tracking Reports to ensure Parts are on order and received in a timely

manner from vendors while expediting parts as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure tool crib area at all times.

Assist with basic cleaning, organization, labeling of the crib.

Communicate with supervisors and maintenance teams regarding spare parts

availability and needs.

Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and industry best practices.

Promote teamwork, accountability, and a safety-first culture.

Other duties and responsibilities as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED

<1 year Relevant Experience

Proficient level experience working with Microsoft Excel.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Can read a blue print sufficiently to be able to identify parts to properly classify and

organize them within the crib.

Experience with warehouse organization methodologies, (rack labeling

methodologies, label printers, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
