Order Processor

SVS Group currently has a full time opportunity for an Order Processor for one of our clients in the Manufacturing industry located in S. Phoenix. Shift is Monday - Friday 1st shift.

You are the person that is responsible for correctly entering orders into our SAP system from all of our different customers. You will be working out of our new corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona near Sky Harbor Airport. This is a full-time position with a strong team environment. Your duties will be to handle incoming customer calls and emails in regards to order processing and lead time for all products sold within RPG brands, to manage an internal assigned queue of customer orders, and to communicate with the warehouse in regards to big orders and inbound product. Technical Service Representative responsibilities:

· Daily inbound work queue of customer purchase request via HelpScout

· Daily input work from customer POs to SAP to create orders in the system.

· Daily inbound phone calls from customers asking for ETAs and order questions

· Working with the warehouse and customer service to provide customers with etas

· Completing reports as needed by management team

· Working with multiple warehouse personnel to create delivery dates that the warehouse can hit for big multi order shipments

· Sending reports on low inventory status when items are being ordered

Experience required:

• Strong Computer Skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Required)
• Strong problem-solving skills (required)
• Previous phone and email-based job experiences (Required)
• Strong attention to detail and attention span working on a computer (Required)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)

Experience preferred:

· Order processing (1 year)

· SAP business one (1 year)

• English (Preferred)
